Count down
Just realised there are only 149 days until the Ledbury Poetry Festival and that includes weekends and bank holidays - and with 'that wedding' there is an extra bank holiday. Not panicking - yet...

Happy New Year!
Back in the office after a very self indulgent Christmas (I never want to look another Christmas pudding in the eye again).. and back down to funding applications which although time consuming and often monotonous, keep our festival going. I have to keep reminding myself why we are doing it and each time I look at the growing list of poets already confirmed I get excited again: Matt Harvey, Penelope Shuttle, Luke Wright, Jacki Kay... are just a few - good times ahead!
